We are working with a leading US law firm that is seeking a talented mid-level Investment Funds Associate with secondaries experience to join its highly regarded London office.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading investment funds practice advising an outstanding client base of private equity sponsors, institutional investors, fund managers and other market participants on a broad range of sophisticated secondaries transactions. The team regularly advises on LP-led and GP-led secondaries, continuation funds, tender offers, fund restructurings and other complex liquidity solutions, often involving significant cross-border elements.

The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified with experience gained at a leading City, US or international law firm. Applicants should have a strong background in investment funds, with demonstrable experience advising on secondaries transactions. Candidates will possess excellent technical skills, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex matters within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
