Architecture: Senior Concept Designer
Influence the creative direction of large-scale projects around the world

This role is perfect for passionate concept designers that excel in their current role but are looking for more influence on the creative direction of large-scale projects and the ability to champion the design ethos of a practice at the highest level. Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts from initial sketches to detailed presentations
- Committed to innovation, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
- Lead front-end design efforts, pushing the quality and creativity of project outputs
- Collaborate closely with team members to refine designs, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Maintain a strong understanding of scale, tectonics, and architectural language in all design work
- Mentor and energise junior team members, fostering a vibrant and collaborative design environment
- Support project development through technical input and conceptual refinement
Skills & Experience
- 6-10 years of post-Part 2 architectural or design experience
- Proven ability to generate bold concepts quickly and confidently from a blank page
- Experience working on high-profile, large-scale urban or landmark projects is preferred
- Technical proficiency in visualisation, modelling, or digital design tools
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
