Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts from initial sketches to detailed presentations
• Committed to innovation, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
• Lead front-end design efforts, pushing the quality and creativity of project outputs
• Collaborate closely with team members to refine designs, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Maintain a strong understanding of scale, tectonics, and architectural language in all design work
• Mentor and energise junior team members, fostering a vibrant and collaborative design environment
• Support project development through technical input and conceptual refinement

Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years of post-Part 2 architectural or design experience
• Proven ability to generate bold concepts quickly and confidently from a blank page
• Experience working on high-profile, large-scale urban or landmark projects is preferred
• Technical proficiency in visualisation, modelling, or digital design tools
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
