The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the nursery. You will ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and flourish, while maintaining full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead, motivate and develop staff, build positive relationships with families and oversee the operational and commercial success of the setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare and early years education.
• Ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, health and safety and Ofsted requirements.
