Floor Layer - Social Housing Location: Wembley, HA9 Brent, London Rate: £21.66 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week) Van & Fuel Card Provided Temp to Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a well-established social housing maintenance contract covering the Brent area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in responsive repairs and occupied properties who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out floor laying repairs and replacements within occupied and void social housing properties. Install and repair a variety of floor coverings including vinyl, safety flooring and laminate. Prepare subfloors and complete associated making-good works. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales. Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
