Deputy Manager - Bar & Kitchen

Salary: £40,000 per annum
We're recruiting a Deputy Manager for a busy, community-led bar and kitchen, offering great food, live sport and a welcoming atmosphere.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hospitality manager to join a venue with a strong local following, take ownership of the day-to-day operation and play a key role in its continued success.
With a focus on quality food, sport and community, this role would suit someone who enjoys leading from the front, building a great team and creating an environment that keeps guests coming back.
The Role

  Support the overall management and smooth running of the venue.

  Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team.
• 
  Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• 
  Support the food and drink offering, ensuring quality and consistency.
• 
  Help drive sales, manage costs and maximise business performance.
• 
  Build strong relationships with local customers and the surrounding community.
• 
  Play an active role in sporting events, promotions and venue activities.
• 
  Take ownership, make decisions and bring fresh ideas to the business.
