Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week (shifts between 7:30am-6:00pm) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, All Year Round
Are you an inspiring Early Years leader looking for a fresh challenge? We are seeking a passionate Pre-school Room Leader to join our client team ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fun, supportive environment where are prioritised both child development and staff wellbeing.
Key duties include:
* Leading & Mentoring: Delegating tasks and acting as a positive role model for your team.
* Education: Planning and assessing individual child development in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
* Partnerships: Building strong relationships with parents and children.
* Leadership: Deputise for Management when required and act as a positive role model at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential).
* At least 1 year of experience leading a room in a nursery setting in the UK.
* Strong ICT skills and excellent communication (verbal and written).
* Passionate, motivated, and adaptable with an extensive knowledge of the current EYFS.
* A current and clean Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid ceriticate are essential.
