About the Role: KSB Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to support a busy catering site in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity for a confident chef who can work independently and run a kitchen service during busy periods across the summer months.
Key Responsibilities: Run and manage the kitchen during service

Prepare and cook fresh meals to a high standard

Ensure smooth breakfast and lunch service operations

Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times

Work independently while communicating effectively with the team

Requirements: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

Confident working independently in a kitchen environment

Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred) xwzovoh

Strong organisation and time management skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Own transport essential due to location
