Reception/Customer Service Assistant, £13.95ph
Swansea, 12pm-8pm, 1 week
Busy student accommodation requires a upbeat and welcoming Reception/Customer Service to provide a friendly and reliable presence.
What You’ll Do
Be the welcoming face of the building based on front desk reception
Handle resident enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Keep clear logs and ensure smooth morning handovers
Support with complaints, payments, and deliveries
Set up and tidy social spaces and assist with evening events
Respond confidently to incidents and follow safety procedures
Manage maintenance requests and general admin
What You Bring
Experience in fast-paced customer service or reception experience (student accommodation/hotel/hospitality ideal)
Great communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office
Calm, friendly, proactive, and reliable
Positive “can‑do” attitude and flexible approach
