Customer Service Advisor
Location: Yate
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Duration: Ongoing
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team based in Yate. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Process customer orders, requests, and system updates
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Ability to manage workload effectively
Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
