What will you be doing?
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of embedding health, safety, environmental and quality (SHEQ) standards within our project teams. Your day-to-day work will be varied and impactful, as you support the roll-out of SHEQ policies and procedures, carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments, and lead the way in promoting a positive safety culture throughout our telecoms projects. You’ll investigate incidents, identify corrective actions, and provide expert guidance to operational teams and stakeholders, ensuring that SHEQ considerations are always a top priority. Your attention to detail will help us consistently meet – and exceed – regulatory and industry standards, while working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and responsibly. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape best practice and make a tangible difference across a range of dynamic and rewarding projects.
What you’ll bring
To excel in this role, you’ll bring proven telecoms experience and a NEBOSH qualification as a must. Your strong grasp of SHEQ regulations, best practice, and proactive, solutions-driven mindset will set you apart. We value excellent communication and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level. A full UK driving licence is also essential, ensuring your flexibility across our diverse project sites.
