Groundwork Supervisor/Manager

Groundworks Supervisor / Site Manager East Hendred, Oxfordshire Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee a large groundworks package alongside a smaller civils package on a busy project in East Hendred. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of groundworks operations, and the ability to drive works safely and efficiently to programme. Key Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day site operations across groundworks and civils packages * Supervising subcontractors, plant, labour and deliveries * Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification * Coordinating drainage, foundations, externals and associated civils works * Maintaining site records, RAMS and health & safety standards * Liaising with project management, engineers and clients * Monitoring progress and resolving site issues proactively Requirements: * Previous experience managing large groundworks packages * Strong understanding of drainage, foundations, roads and infrastructure works * SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Ability to read drawings and manage programmes effectively * Good communication and organisational skills This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced supervisor/site manager to join a growing project with ongoing work available.
