Car Sales Executive
Our client, a well-established and reputable dealership in Salisbury, is seeking a professional Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual eager to succeed within the motor trade. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a prestigious car brand, offering a range of new and used vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.

Basic salary of £20,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 annually

Industry-leading working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm; Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm; Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm (1 in 3 Sundays required)Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
Selling new and used vehicles across a diverse range, from sports models to electric and hybrid cars
Advising customers on vehicle features, warranties, and after-sales services
Demonstrating vehicles’ features and assisting customers with finance, insurance, and accessory options
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Keeping customers informed about vehicle delivery times, informing them promptly of any delays
Collecting payments and completing all necessary paperwork accurately
Introducing customers to the Service Department and ensuring a seamless after-sales experience
Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and enthusiasmRequirements need of the Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience in car sales, ideally within the new or used car market
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Salisbury
Strong desire to produce results and build professional customer relationships
Commitment to excellence and a passion for working within the motor trade
An understanding of automotive products, including electric and hybrid vehicles, would be advantageous but is not essential
Ability to demonstrate a professional, customer-focused approach at all times
