The Package * £34,000 – £36,000 * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Private healthcare * Static role based in Basingstoke, with occasional cover in Winchester * Full training and development opportunities The Role You’ll be responsible for delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring the building remains safe, compliant, and fully operational. This is a varied position suited to someone with a broad skill set and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance * Basic electrical tasks (lamp changes, minor repairs, fault finding) * Basic plumbing (unblocking, minor leaks, general upkeep) * General building maintenance including doors, locks, fixtures, fittings, and finishes * Support the wider engineering team to maintain a safe, compliant healthcare environment * Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in line with site procedures What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Fabric Technician, Maintenance Operative, or similar * Strong all‑round building maintenance skills * Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge * Experience in a healthcare or commercial environment is beneficial * Reliable, customer‑focused, and able to work independently Why This Role Stands Out This is a stable, secure position on a well‑run healthcare site with a respected FM provider.
