Junior Sales Executive – Land & Property (Construction Sector) We’re working with a growing, well-funded construction business that is actively expanding its land acquisition sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career to step into a role with clear progression, strong earning potential, and exposure to the property and development space. The Role You’ll play a key part in identifying and engaging with landowners, helping to secure new opportunities for residential development. This is a sales-focused position where confidence, persistence, and relationship-building are essential. Key Responsibilities * Proactively contact landowners via phone, email, and outreach campaigns * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers * Identify new land opportunities and qualify leads * Support the wider acquisitions team in securing deals * Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline What We’re Looking For * Some sales experience (estate agency, telesales, property, or similar preferred) * Confident communicator with strong people skills * Target-driven and motivated by earning potential * Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn * Interest in property, land, or construction is a plus What’s on Offer * Competitive base salary * Commission / bonus structure * Supportive, fast-paced environment with ongoing training This role would suit someone from an estate agency or junior sales background looking to transition into a more specialised and rewarding area within property and construction.
