Picker/Packer Operative We are currently seeking reliable a hardworking Picker/Packer Operative to join our clients team based in Hethel, Norfolk. Important: Due to the location, there is no local public transport available, so your own transport is essential. Shifts: Monday to Friday working schedule, 2 x 30-minute breaks per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 Pay: £12.71 Location: Hethel, NR14 Type: Temp to perm Opportunity to earn up to £125 extra per week through performance bonuses Picker Targets & Bonus Daily picking target: 262kg Staff achieving 362kg per day will receive a £25 daily bonus Reaching the bonus target will be the goal for all new team members Packer Targets & Bonus Daily packing target: 300 orders Staff achieving 380 packed orders per day will receive a £25 daily bonus The Role Picking products accurately and efficiently Packing customer orders to a high standard Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets Requirements Good attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Own transport essential due to location If you are motivated, hardworking, and looking for the opportunity to increase your earnings through performance-based bonuses, we would love to hear from you
