Vacancy: Void Property Multi-Trade Operative Location: Cheltenham Rate: £25.00 per hour Start Date: Immediate starts available  Hours: Full-time, ongoing About the Role We are currently recruiting for experienced Void Property Multi-Trade Operatives (Carpenters or multi-skilled tradespeople preferred) to work on social housing properties across Cheltenham. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and refurbishments on void (empty) properties, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants. Key Responsibilities Refurbishing and preparing void properties for re-let Carrying out general maintenance and repair work Tasks may include carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, and general property repairs Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required timeframes Maintaining health and safety standards on site Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter or Multi-Trade Operative Ability to complete a range of repair and maintenance tasks independently Own tools and PPE Own van (essential) Full UK driving licence Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload effectively What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £22.50 – £25.00 Immediate starts available Long-term, ongoing work Consistent pipeline of void property jobs
