Commercial Finance Manager Belfast £60,000 £65,000 Artemis Human Capital are working exclusively with a high-growth, private equity-backed business to appoint a Commercial Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and scaling organisation in a pivotal finance leadership role. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of the finance function while delivering commercial insight and strategic support to drive continued growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on, commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business, influencing decision-making, and operating across both strategic and operational levels. Key Responsibilities Ownership of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and clear, insightful commentary Deliver financial modelling, pricing analysis, and commercial insight to support strategic initiatives Manage cashflow forecasting, working capital, and financial planning Maintain robust financial controls, reporting processes, and lead year-end audit coordination Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to drive performance and profitability The Person Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience Proven background in management accounting, forecasting, and financial analysis Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight Hands-on and proactive, comfortable operating in a broad or stand-alone finance role Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business For further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Chris at Artemis Human Capital.
