Site Manager - Housing

The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Irelands long standing family run residential contractors. The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for an 80 unit housing project in Eglinton, ideally the candidate will have an excellent house building background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in private and social house builds. Packages around £50-60k plus van & fuel. Requirements Extensive experience in housing projects Ability to work on own initiative Capable of overseeing £1.5M worth of work Responsibilities Manage and motivate site teams Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish Organise and coordinate labour Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
