Interim Commercial Finance Analyst Location: Bolton Contract: Three months Day rate: £250 per day Working pattern: Hybrid - three days onsite (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) Start date: Immediate / within one to two weeks An established B2B organisation based in Bolton is looking for an immediately available Commercial Finance Analyst to support its commercial finance team during a period of change. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly understand a complex business, build effective relationships with operational stakeholders and provide meaningful commercial insight. Key responsibilities Producing and updating commercial and management reports Analysing marketing expenditure and lead generation Reporting on contact-centre and operational performance Supporting P&L analysis and performance reviews Analysing sales performance and commission earnings Partnering with senior stakeholders across sales and marketing Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through financial analysis Supporting ad hoc commercial projects and reporting requirements Learning and navigating bespoke internal systems Candidate requirements Previous experience within commercial finance or financial analysis Strong reporting, analytical and Excel skills Experience working with sales, marketing or operational stakeholders Confident interpreting data and presenting clear commercial insights Comfortable working within a fast-paced and changing environment QBE Available to begin a new contract within one to two weeks Able to work onsite in Bolton three days per week This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to make an immediate impact within a successful and fast-paced B2B organisation.
