Tonic Talent are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to take ownership of a busy, well-established casual dining operation and lead it with confidence and autonomy. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys driving performance in a high-volume setting, and can motivate a team to deliver consistent service and strong commercial results. The Restaurant Manager role: Lead the restaurant operation day to day, setting the standard for service and performance
Drive financial results through effective labour control, cost management, and stock accuracy
Analyse performance reports and make informed operational decisions
Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Front of House team
Ensure excellent guest experience and consistent brand standards
Maintain full compliance across health & safety, xwzovoh food safety, and internal systems
The successful Restaurant Manager candidate: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of managing costs and margins
Confident people leader with the ability to handle team and guest issues calmly and professionally
Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable with systems, reports, and admin
