Primary Teacher

Smile Education are recruiting for a part time primary teacher in the Worcestershire area. Working across KS1 and KS2 in lovely 2 form entry school. The school have a strong working ethos and have a strong welcoming staff team The responsibilities of the part time teacher role: * Keep pupils engaged and on schedule * Adapt activities if needed (depending on time, ability, or behaviour) * Keep a positive and safe working environment for staff and students * Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL) * Deal calmly with disruptions * Build quick rapport with pupils To apply for this part time Primary Teacher role, you will need the following: * Teaching certification or QTS. * Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel. * Have experience working in Primary schools The benefits of this Primary teacher role: * A daily rate of £120-£145 * PAYE and Umbrella payment options * Holiday pay of 12.07% * Free CPD training available via the smile portal * Referral scheme up to £200 * Dedicated consultant working within your area.
