Advert:
My client are looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage and Protection Case Manager to take full ownership of mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion, managing clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers while ensuring every case is proactively progressed, accurately documented and delivered to the highest possible standard.

My client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Case Manager to join the growing team. You will support three advisers alongside another case handler. The ideal candidate will be organised, motivated and have great attention to detail.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Significant Mortgage Industry Experience
Full and Strong Understanding of the Mortgage Process
Basic Criteria Knowledge of Mortgage Lenders
Protection Knowledge & Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Outstanding Customer Service
Exceptional Attention to Detail
Strong Organisational & Time Management Skills
Proactive & Self-Motivated Approach
Ability to Manage Multiple Cases & Priorities
