FULL TIME SHIFT PATTERNS AVAILABLE [SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY]: Fixed Shifts - any 5 out of 7 days (must be prepared to work weekends) (Apply online only)-(Apply online only) **Please note ONLY FULL TIME jobs currently available** DAY TO DAY: Whilst on site at Co-op you will be work as part of a team: Picking items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided) Maintain and support the wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 90% Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment Picking into cages and pallets Drug and alcohol test will be conducted during the interview stage and when any incident, near miss or accidents happen To be proactive and responsible for Health and Safety onsite to help minimise risks, hazards and incidents.
