HR Manager – Watford Area £55,000 - £65,000 Plus Packahe
We are working with a fast-growing company in the sustainability sector, dedicated to creating innovative solutions for a greener future. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and lead a new HR department. In this role, you will set the foundation for people operations, culture, and growth strategies as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a full HR strategy from scratch.
* Design talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
* Drive employee engagement and foster a positive, purpose-driven culture.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
* Provide strategic guidance to leadership on organizational development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven HR leadership experience, ideally in a scaling or startup environment.
* Strong expertise in building HR frameworks from the ground up.
* Passion for sustainability and a desire to drive mission-aligned growth.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
