Start People are working closing with a established manufacturing company in Stokesley who are looking for time served reliable workers Any transferrable skills are considered - great opportunity to work with a business which works towards and cares about your progression Semi-Skilled Assembler Hours & Pay Monday to Thursday - 7am till 4pm Friday - 7am till 11am Responsibilities * Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to detailed specifications and diagrams * Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assembly tasks accurately * Operate surface mount technology equipment for precise electronic component placement * Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure correct assembly procedures * Completing labour tasks in the mixer assembly area * Any other duties as requested by your line management * Document assembly processes and report any issues or deviations promptly * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency Requirements * Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical assembly * Electrical and hydraulics experience. * Good personal responsibility and awareness of safe working practices. * Good knowledge of basic hand and power tools related to trade to ensure correct equipment is used for each individual task. * Must be a reliable timekeeper. * Physically fit
