Contact clients regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment plans if necessary. Prepare and distribute invoices and account statements. Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing queries and issues. Generate regular financial reports for management review.
