Working Site Supervisor

Working Site Supervisor / Ganger - Water Civils - Long Term Programme Rate: £260 - £300/day (DOE) We are looking for an experienced Ganger / Working Site Supervisor to lead gangs on water civils projects across the South East. This role offers ongoing work on a secure programme with multiple sites. Key Duties: * Supervising gangs carrying out pipework installations and chamber builds * Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring works are delivered to programme * Overseeing health & safety and site compliance * Liaising with site management and reporting progress Requirements: * Experience as a Ganger / Supervisor within water or civils * SSSTS or SMSTS * CSCS Card * EUSR Water Hygiene * Strong experience working on live utility sites What’s on Offer: * Long-term programme of works * Competitive rates * Opportunity to lead consistent gangs across multiple sites
