Practice Nurse GP Surgery – Huddersfield Hours Rate : 24 - 37.5 hours per week £24.00 Are you a passionate and experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery ? We are currently seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our large, supportive, in-house multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking primary care environment. About the Role The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care across a range of clinical areas. Responsibilities will include proactive support in some or all of the following: * Diabetes and other chronic disease management * Health promotion and screening * Travel health services * Cervical cytology * Sexual health * Baby, childhood, and adult immunisations and vaccinations * Active involvement within the Primary Care Network (PCN) You will be working within a modern clinical system using TPP SystmOne and will be supported by a well-established, multidisciplinary team.
