MULTI-TRADER REQUIRED - SOCIAL HOUSING (VOIDS & PLANNED WORKS) We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing team, working across social housing properties. This role involves carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works on both void and tenanted properties. Key Responsibilities: Complete a wide range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, plastering, and decorating Carry out void property refurbishments to a high standard Undertake planned maintenance works in occupied homes Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with regulations Deliver excellent customer service when working in tenants' homesRequirements: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade Proven experience as a multi-trader within social housing or similar environments Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Asbestos Awareness certification Full UK driving licence (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyWorking Hours: 8 hours per day (standard working shift)What We Offer: Competitive rates of pay Company van provided for work purposes Ongoing work opportunities Supportive working environment Opportunity to work on long-term social housing contractsIf you are a skilled multi-trader looking for consistent work within the social housing sector, we want to hear from you
