About the Role This is a site-based leadership role responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on a £4.5 million residential refurbishment. Key responsibilities include: * Taking full ownership of project commercial performance * Working closely with the Commercial Director and project team * Overseeing procurement strategy and subcontractor engagement * Reviewing and managing tender packages and subcontractor appointments * Managing valuations, variations, and cost reporting processes * Leading monthly financial reviews and forecasting to completion * Managing subcontractor accounts and payment processes * Monitoring labour, plant, and material costs against budgets * Managing change control, delay notices, and loss and expense submissions * Ensuring contractual obligations are clearly understood and adhered to * Providing accurate financial reporting and performance analysis * Leading final account agreement with relevant stakeholders * Identifying risks and implementing cost control measures Summary This Commercial Manager role offers the opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of a high-quality residential project in a prime London location.
