Test Engineer- 3-6 month contract

Contract: 3–6 months | Start: June Rate: £350/day (Inside IR35) Location: Remote with ad‑hoc travel to Newcastle We’re looking for a Test Automation Engineer / SDET to join a delivery team focused on improving the quality, reliability, and confidence of automated testing. The Role You’ll play a key role in strengthening testing practices by: Identifying and raising risks highlighted by automation test results Implementing existing and introducing new test frameworks Improving overall confidence in testing across the team Mentoring and advising team members on best‑practice testing approachesSkills & Experience Strong experience in test automation Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Bash) Confident working across teams and influencing testing standardsKey Details Start: June Length: 3–6 months Rate: £350/day (Inside IR35) Travel: Ad‑hoc visits to Newcastle
