Factory/Machine Operative

Job title: Factory Operative Location: Hythe (must drive and have your own transport due to location) Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Salary: £13.30 per hour / £27,664 per annum Job overview: You will play a key part in the manufacture of high-quality products, operating machinery and ensuring a safe working environment. Utilise hand-held tools and power tools to manufacture. Assist in handling of materials and finished products. Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications. Follow production schedules and work instructions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas. Accurately assemble components. Assist with the packing and labelling finished goods.
