About the role
My client is industrial business near York currently recruiting for a Payroll Co-ordinator to work as part of a small and friendly team. You will be responsible for the joint running (Apply online only) employees across multiple payrolls.
Responsibilities
Full end to end Payroll processing
Current volumes - 700 PAYE plus contractors 250/300
Busy varied role
Weekly and monthly for multiple business in group
Collation and input of all relevant information
New starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, allowances, maternity, apprentice levy and paternity pay
To administer SSP, SMP and SPP
Prepare and distribute payslips, P45s, P60s
NI, overtime and other deductions
Auto enrolment
Pension deductions
Handling queries
Requirements
Great payroll knowledge
Strong Legislation knowledge
Pension & Auto enrolment experience
Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Benefits and information
Gym, retail, restaurant discount

Nursery/vehicle salary sacrifice
