You’ll play a key role in supporting project teams, enhancing digital workflows, and driving BIM excellence across a diverse portfolio of high‑profile projects.
This award‑winning practice has continued to grow rapidly in recent years, Their London office is now seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to strengthen their digital delivery capabilities and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM standards and processes across the business.
You will be joining a collaborative, design‑driven environment where innovation, technical rigour and digital transformation are central to the practice’s ethos.
Key requirements for the BIM Coordinator:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a BIM‑focused role within a UK architectural or multi‑disciplinary practice
Strong proficiency in Revit with the ability to support teams in model setup, development and coordination
Experience producing and managing federated models and leading clash detection workflows
Working knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, or similar coordination tools
Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and experience contributing to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
Ability to provide training, guidance and technical support to project teams
Confident communicator with experience liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
Experience working across multiple sectors is highly desirable
