The business has built a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and long-term client partnerships, with a consistent pipeline of large-scale developments.

They are now looking to appoint aMechanical Contracts Managerto take ownership of multiple projects and play a key role from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, while managing multiple site teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Leading and coordinating site teams across multiple sites
• Overseeing programme delivery, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within cost
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

About You:

• Proven experience in aMechanical Contracts Managerrole within construction/M&E
• Strong backgroundconstruction and building services
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage xwzovoh multiple projects effectively
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple site teams
