The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join a specialist Passive Fire Protection team. This is a hands-on, mobile role where you’ll carry out high-quality internal and external decorating works, including remedial finishing, across a range of sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality painting and decorating work (internal & external)
* Carry out remedial works to meet client and project requirements
* Ensure all work complies with industry standards, H&S, and regulations
* Assess job scope and estimate time, materials, and labour needs
* Plan and manage your workload efficiently to meet deadlines
* Work within a scheduled appointment system, liaising with clients and team members
* Follow risk assessments and safe systems of work at all times
* Install and work from access equipment such as scaffold towers and platforms
* Maintain clear communication with your line manager regarding progress and changes
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating
* PASMA certification (tower scaffolding)
* IPAF certification (boom/vertical)
* Proven experience in painting & decorating (internal & external)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to manage workload and adapt to changing schedules
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable:
* CSCS card
* Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
* Professional, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
