12-year-old client

with complex health needs in their family home. About the Client

Lives at home with

mum, dad, and siblings

She has a oxygen and rescue medication (buccal midazolam and PR paraldehyde). Medication and feed given via MIC-KEY button Osteoporosis Enjoys

playing with toy trains

and

being outdoors in the sunshine

Shifts Available-Nights

Wednesday and Thursday Every Other Saturday and Sunday 9:30pm - 7:30am Pre-Employment Requirements
