Contract & Salary
Permanent – Up to £36,000 basic DOE plus bonus opportunity.
40 hours per week, 7am - 5:30pm (4 day working week).
Role Overview
Paint Repairer / Panel Beater (Non‑Structural) – Join our expanding bodyshop team to deliver high‑quality cosmetic repairs with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Carry out non‑structural panel repairs including minor dents, scrapes and surface damage
- Complete paint preparation and refinishing to manufacturer and Charles Hurst standards
- Perform cosmetic repairs across panels, bumpers and exterior components
- Ensure all work follows approved processes and quality expectations
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm required work and associated costs
- Work effectively with the wider bodyshop team to deliver a seamless repair journey
Qualifications
- Previous experience in paint repair and non‑structural panel work
- Full driving licence with a good driving record
- Team player with strong attention to detail, focus on quality and commitment to customer experience
