Guaranteed Supply Teachers Needed – Flexible Primary Teaching in the Forest of Dean

Location: Forest of Dean (and surrounding areas)Job Type: Guaranteed Supply Contract (Primary)Working Hours: Typically Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 3:30 (depending on school)Daily Rate: £125 – £271 per day (dependent on experience)

Reed Education are seeking reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to support a cluster of friendly and welcoming primary schools across the Forest of Dean on a Guaranteed Pay Supply Contract.

This role is ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching while benefiting from the security of guaranteed income and regular work within local schools.

Whether you’re looking for full-time guaranteed work or a consistent number of days per week with flexibility, we’d love to hear from you.

The role:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Managing the classroom effectively to ensure a positive learning environment
• Adapting your teaching style to suit the needs of different schools and year groups
• Supporting pupils’ learning and maintaining high standards of behaviour
• Following school policies, including safeguarding procedures
• Providing feedback at the end of the day
• Representing Reed Education professionally in every school you attend

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to supply teaching
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – assistance available)
