The Role – Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

You will advise on a broad range of private client and wealth matters, including:

• 
  
• Estate planning and succession planning
• Wills & tax-efficient trust structures
• Trust creation and administration (onshore)
• Probate and estate administration
• Court of Protection matters
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Asset protection and wealth structuring
• Advising HNW individuals, families, trustees and advisers
• Exposure to cross-border / international private client work

What will you need? 

• 
  
• To be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) 
• 4+ years’ PQE in private client law
• Strong grounding in wills, trusts and probate
• Interest in developing HNW / complex private client expertise
• STEP qualification (desirable, not essential)
