Nursery Room Leader - Newham Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 dependant on experience Brand new Nursery! The Room Leader supports the team, oversees planning, and ensures the environment meets the developmental needs of all children. Leadership of Room Practice •Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of EYFS activities. •Guide and support practitioners in delivering outstanding interactions. •Model best practice and set clear expectations for your room team. •Oversee routines including meals, sleep, toileting, and transitions.
