IT Support Technician

In return for your skills and experience, you’ll receive a salary on the region of £28k to £32k (DOE) as well as a host of benefits including: 33 days holidays, cycle to work scheme, salary sacrifice car scheme, pension, health & life insurance etc. What you’ll bring to the role: -         Previous experience in an IT Support role (1st & 2nd line preferred) -         Knowledge of IT Support ticketing systems -         Ability to support MS O365, Windows 11, Active Directory etc. -         Demonstrable experience of hardware support, laptop builds, patching, etc. -         A self starter able to work with minimum supervision -         A strong desire to be involved in various infrastructure projects -         Willingness to travel to other sites as required by the business -         Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your work efficiently The biggest attraction for this opportunity is that you’ll work with an IT Manager who genuinely wants to help you progress your career.
