This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment where you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across operational and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies * Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing * Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience * Manage agency relationships where required, ensuring cost-effective hiring solutions * Support workforce planning and forecasting activities * Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with company policies and employment legislation * Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract talent within the food manufacturing sector Skills & Experience Required * Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role * Experience recruiting within manufacturing, FMCG, or food production environments is highly desirable * Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced setting * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) * Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities What’s on Offer * Opportunity to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing business * Potential for the role to become permanent * Collaborative and supportive working environment * Competitive salary and benefits package * FTC for 12 months, possiblity for permanent contract * Monday to Friday Mach are acting as an agent for this vacancy
