PPA Teacher (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week)

Start Date: September 2026Location: Preston (PR1)Pay: £120 – £160 per day (dependent on experience)Contract: Part-time – 3 days per week

We are currently recruiting a PPA Teacher to support a welcoming primary school in Preston (PR1) from September 2026. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity (3 days per week) for a flexible and confident teacher who enjoys working across the primary age range.

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned PPA cover lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Provide high-quality, engaging teaching across a variety of year groups
• Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning

Experience working as a PPA Teacher is desirable but not essential, as full support will be provided.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Is confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Fully inducted teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
• Flexible, organised, and adaptable to different classes and settings
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
