Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, PE13 3EP

Hours: 36 hours per week - Days OR Bank shifts available

Pay: £21.65 per hour

They are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN)to join their care home in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, PE13 3EP. The Role

As a Registered Nurse youll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents.

You will:

• Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
• Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
• Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
• Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
• Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way

Essential Criteria

• Current NMC registration (RGN)
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical xwzovoh practices
• Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
• Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
• Strong leadership skills
• You must be a driver unless living locally due to the location of the home
