- 07:30 to 16:30We are currently recruiting for a number of Decal Fitters applying decals to vehicles in Stoke-on-Trent.To accurately measure, prepare and apply decals to trailers and vehicle bodies to meet production specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements, while adhering to health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities: Apply full coverage decals to trailers, including all ancillary components.

Measure and correctly lay out decals on various trailer/body types, including cabs, to specification.

Carry out all aspects of the decal fitting process independently.

Inspect and maintain equipment daily (e.g.

ladders, scissor lifts, heat guns).

Complete daily inspection and check sheets accurately.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within required timeframes.

Identify and rectify any rework issues during production.

Read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the work area.

Communicate effectively with managers and production teams regarding deadlines and workload.
* Work flexibly across different areas of the business as needed.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Essential: Experience in decal fitting or similar production/assembly role.

Ability to work accurately to specifications.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Good communication skills.

Understanding of health & safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.Desirable: Knowledge of Type Approval legislation.

Experience working with large vehicles or trailers.
* Previous experience training or mentoring staff.
