About the role
The restaurant is fully set up with menus in place and a clear focus on high quality, locally inspired seafood. With around 60 covers, this is a hands on Head Chef role where you can lead the kitchen, maintain standards and put your stamp on a much loved site.
The contract runs from February through to October, with strong potential to extend into the Christmas period and beyond.

What we’re looking for
An experienced Head Chef comfortable leading a kitchen
Strong fresh food background, ideally seafood
Confident managing service, standards and consistency
Reliable, organised and hands on
Full driving licence required
