About the role
Process Engineer - Cheshire
Do you have experience working within a production environment? Are you looking for a long-term role with clear paths for progression? Then this pharma company looking to add a Process Engineer to the team is looking for you!
Your duties as a Process Engineer include but are not limited to the following:
Develop, implement and maintain manufacturing processes for inhalation products.
Lead the scale-up of new products including validation and verification.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean manufacturing.
Design, procure and commission manufacturing equipment for pMDI production, including filling, sealing and aerosolization systems.
Conduct risk assessments and failure mode effects analyses (FMEA) to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated inhalation, vapourization, propellant or aerosolization experience.
Demonstrable knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing and project management.
Knowledge of automation systems (ABB, Siemens) advantageous.
