About the role
This Head of Sales role sits within a leading international law firm and will play a key role in leading the company wide Business Development and Sales strategy and work closely with the senior leadership team. You will sit amongst a high performing senior leadership team and manage a sales team to drive forward the sales cycle utilising the successful systems and inbound and outbound structure. A key focus will be helping to broaden the scope of clients and revenue streams.
The Head of Sales will set the Sales strategy and drive the performance of a collaborative sales team. You will also lead on internal and external relationship building to ensure the strategy is successfully implemented across wider practices and clients.
The successful candidate for the role will have head of (or equivalent) level of experience across Sales/business development from the legal sector or professional services.
