CNC ProgrammerDudley Port, West Midlands£35,000 to £40,000 per annumFull-Time | PermanentHours: Mon–Thurs 7:30am–4:15pm | Fri 7:30am–12:00pm (early finish) We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing precision engineering team. You’ll create, test, and optimise CNC programs for milling and turning operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-quality results.Key Responsibilities:

• Program and optimise CNC machines using Fusion 360, Mastercam, or SolidCAM.
• Set up and fine-tune CNC milling and turning centres.
• Work with machinists and engineers to improve tooling and setups.
• Maintain quality and safety documentation.

About You:

• Experienced CNC Programmer with a precision engineering background.
• Skilled in Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controls.
• Able to read technical drawings and GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
